Blue Cross and Blue Shield:
In network with all plans that cover nutrition counseling services. Most plans cover unlimited nutrition counseling visits at 100%; some may require a co-pay.
United Health Care:
In network with all UHC plans that cover nutrition counseling services, Some UHC plans may require a co-pay.
Cigna
In network for almost all Cigna plans that cover nutrition counseling services. Most plans cover nutrition counseling at 100%; some may require a co-pay.
